The procedure will be performed after signing the consent form. If prescription drugs are needed, you can purchase them at the pharmacy on the 1st floor. You can continue to track progress via LINE after returning home.

Is a reservation required in advance?
It’s recommended to schedule an appointment first via LINE/WhatsApp/IG. Once the procedure and date are confirmed, you can come to the clinic, which will significantly reduce waiting time.
Is there a fee for an in-person consultation?
The in-person consultation with the director costs ₩50,000, and this amount can be fully deducted from subsequent treatment fees; if only a consultation is provided without any treatment, it is considered a consultation service fee.
Is there anyone who speaks Chinese/Japanese?
Translation services are available in four languages—Korean, English, Japanese, and Chinese—with free translation support. Customers from Taiwan can communicate via Traditional Chinese on LINE, while Japanese customers are attended to by dedicated staff who speak Japanese.
How is the price calculated? Can I pay by card?
All payments on-site must be made in South Korean won. The amounts listed in New Taiwan Dollars or Japanese Yen are provided only for reference regarding exchange rates. International credit cards are accepted; Taiwanese and Chinese guests can use WeChat Pay or Alipay, while Japanese guests can use LINE Pay.
Is it effective after just one treatment? How many sessions are needed?
Results and the number of sessions vary depending on individual skin conditions and the treatment performed; no guarantees are provided. The clinic director will recommend the appropriate number of sessions based on your specific condition during the consultation.
Can I fly back home after the surgery?
Whether it’s possible to fly after laser or injection treatments varies depending on the procedure. The clinic director will explain this on the day of the treatment, or you can also ask via LINE in advance.
Can I wash my face and apply makeup after the procedure?
It’s generally recommended to avoid applying makeup within 24 hours after the procedure. The appropriate time for washing the face and applying makeup varies depending on the specific treatment, and instructions for at-home care will be provided on the day of the procedure.
What do I need to prepare?
Passport (original + copy), allergy history and medical aesthetics records from the past six months, list of medications being taken, and screenshot of the appointment confirmation; please come prepared with hydrated skin and without makeup on the day of the appointment.
